“Great team at the Duncan store who welcomed me and explained everything about lenses, frames and what my prescriptions called for. I received better explanation here than I did with my optometrist. “The customer service at the Duncan store was incredible!! Highly recommend Tracey!! She knows her stuff, was very patient and helpful. I was also blown away by the prices! The frames were two for one, which was great in itself BUT the price $199 or $149 also included the single prescription lenses!! This is all I need so it worked out great. “Tracey greeted me at the door when I walked in, told me about their sale and asked if I needed any help. She asked me about my preferences and then turned into the most incredible personal shopper, getting me to try on all the frames that could fit the bill, offering advice, and she helped me narrow down to a pair of glasses and sunglasses that I am so excited about. She was really helpful, patient and kind. I struggle to be decisive with glasses, but for the first time in over 20 years of glasses purchases, I was able to efficiently pick out glasses that I'm really confident about. Seamless process. “Hello, this is the first Google review I have ever written, but I felt compelled to do so because of the surprisingly wonderful and helpful service that I received from Carolin and Jen at Specsavers in Duncan . This was my first time purchasing glasses and admittedly there was a considerable learning curve for me and I have to recognize that I was a difficult customer to deal with. It took me a long time and several changes to figure out what I wanted and what worked for me. I was simply delighted with the consistently helpful friendly and supportive nature and demeanour of the two ladies that helped me during several visits to the store.
