“Had a great experience in the store earlier this week. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process of finding a new pair of glasses easy and enjoyable. I appreciated the variety of frames available and the overall value. I was deciding between options from the Vivienne Westwood collection and Bailey Nelson, and the team was helpful throughout my visits. I was assisted by multiple associates and the service remained consistently friendly and professional. “I had a great experience at Spec-Savers in Metrotown. Parmis and Niña helped me find exactly the pair of glasses I was looking for and got everything ready for my prescription lenses. They were both amazing and went the extra mile to figure out which frames suited me best — Parmis even showed me her own sunglasses, where she’d chosen the darkest gray lens, and seeing how it looked in her frames really helped me make my decision. When I came to pick up my glasses, Sheila and another sweet person Nav fixed them up for me and they were both wonderful too. “I highly recommend Specsavers! I took advantage of their ongoing deal and bought two pairs of glasses: one prescription and one sunglasses. The deal works so that you pay for the first pair and get the second one free, and the second pair doesn’t even need a prescription, so picking sunglasses was a great option. Right now, all frames are $200 or less, and you get 2 frames for that price, plus 30% off lenses. I also did my eye exam and lens fitting with their in-store doctors. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. My glasses were ready within 7 business days, and the customer support and communication were excellent. I am very satisfied!”Lire la suiteRéduire

Having worked for many years in the legal profession and as a critic in legal matters, I have developed a precise and analytical perspective, and based on that experience, I consider her to be an outstanding model of capable and principled management. While fully respecting customers’ rights, she also proves herself to be a trustworthy and responsible representative of the company she serves. Although my home is not near this store, in my view, the credibility of a product brand alone is not enough; the managers and employees of an organization are an inseparable part of ensuring customer satisfaction. I would also like to express my special appreciation to Miss Parmis, the bilingual staff member of this respected team. “I recently bought two pairs of glasses through their promotion. The staff was very helpful and gave me good advice. After wearing one pair for a few days, I noticed that the temple tips ( that covers at the end of the arms that rest on ears) has become losse and could slide back and front. I haven’t worn the another pair yet, hope it doesn’t have that same issue. I’ve worn glasses for over 20 years and this is the first time I have came across this problem.”Lire la suiteRéduire
