“My husband and I visited the Specsavers location inside the North Vancouver Superstore to buy a pair of sunglasses, and we had an excellent experience. Yasin, one of the sales associates, helped us throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about the different frames and lenses, and his customer service was outstanding. He quickly understood our style and preferences, and the frames he recommended were exactly what we were looking for. After we selected our frames, Yasin also provided very helpful and detailed guidance in choosing the right lenses. We are very happy that we purchased our sunglasses from Specsavers, because the process felt professional, accurate, and well-informed. We truly felt that the lenses were chosen carefully based on our needs, something we would not have been able to get as easily or precisely from a regular sunglasses store. “David and Mie at the North Vancouver location on Seymour Blvd have always been incredibly helpful. I’ve been going there for the past five years, and honestly, I was hesitant to come back after the ownership changed. But as soon as I saw they were still there, I felt confident that my family’s eye care needs would continue to be well taken care of. We first went to the Park Royal location and asked for specific details for my son’s glasses, including transition lenses and making the lenses look thinner. We were told there was no way to make it happen. Then we visited the North Vancouver location, and David and Mie immediately said, “Yes, we can do that for you.” Their willingness to help, knowledge, and excellent customer service made all the difference.
