“Amrit was patient and kind while helping me find two new pairs of progressive eyeglasses. They were on sale, buy one get one free and half off my optional add-ons. Oddly enough-there are no longer halos around bright lights at night. Gotta love that.”

“My experience with Specsavers in Vernon is not very good at all ! Friendly staff alright all good ! I needed a pair of byfocal glasses ! That what I had up to date ! What I got after two weeks was something I could not use at all ! I mean not at all ! I thought my name got mixed up with someone else's ! Yet I was promised to reconsider ! Two weeks later I received an other pair ! A lot better but reading before I fall asleep in the evening impossible ! I was constantly blamed to be a difficult patient which I think that is not true at all ! Well for an 82 year old person paying 800 dollars and getting practically nothing for it I feel pretty hard done by ! “Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted. Mckayla,was very good at explaining the breakdown of the 60% off promotion so I felt comfortable with moving ahead with my selection and purchase . Another girl working at the time (I didn’t get her name) was also very helpful with helping me finalize my decision on frames by providing her opinion about the size of one pair and the colour of the other. And she showed me an option that was very similar but worked better for me than my choice. Again McKayla was very knowledgeable with explaining the pros and cons of the reaction lenses which ultimately led me to believe that I wouldn’t be satisfied with them even though I was sure that I wanted them when I came in. She was equally helpful with explaining the difference in progressive lens choices. Lastly she was very proficient with processing the insurance claims and informing me about the time frame and notification process of my glasses delivery.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“SPECSAVERS is wonderful. When I complained about my glasses, they changed them and gave me a comfortable pair without charging me extra money. The Doctor also referred me to Barnard Eye Centre and got my eyes checked free of charge. “I have (sadly) tons of experience buying and having glasses fitted to my needs and my face. I recently bought new glasses and sunglasses at SpecSavers in Village Gree Mall, Vernon. The 3 different staff members I dealt with did very well! I believe they were well trained. Unfortunately, one lens on my new glasses wasn't quite right ... I wear progressive lenses ... They were very open to taking a look. We did a thorough re-measure of eye height, width, etc and sent the glasses back to have new lens put in. “The best eye glass service I have seen had. The optometrist was very knowledgeable, kind and unhurried. I felt really she cared and wanted the best for me. Her staff member Alistaire was also very very good. I highly recommend Specsavers at Village green”
