Cancellation policy : Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment fee for first time occurrence and 100% for recurrence. Insurance policies can not be billed for late cancellations or missed appointments.. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.

Insurer direct billing is therapist dependent.
