“Need to change their website instructions. So new patients can’t register online, but they turn you away when you come in person to register because there’s no appointments. How would one register? When asked they did not provide further help in what I can do. I understand everyone is busy but it would be nice to receive some information or guidance because a regular person would not understand how your clinic works.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“They wont let you register online, so I went during the hours posted on their website, google, and on the front door, but I had to wait an hour for anyone to show up. Then I was told I cant register so i can't get a walk in appointment, even though the staff said they were not booked up, and need to come back a different day. When i pointed out the hours, she shrugged and said those hours arent correct. A few months later and the posted hours have not been changed.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Dr. Gill is the best doctor!!! My kids and I have seen her for many years. My kids are now adults and still see her. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. We have moved clinics with her from Burnaby to Pitt meadows to Surrey and now back to Burnaby.”

“Jacqueline Bourne is Not only an excellent physiotherapist, but also an incredibly warm and genuine person. From the very first session, I felt comfortable and truly cared for. She explains everything patiently and supports you throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for both the professional expertise and the sincere, friendly approach. “Booking the appointment and front desk staff was the best experience, only to be RUINED by having to meet Dr Ali. I moved from Ontario to BC in May 2025 and have registered on the BC patient connect registry and am hoping to find a primary care physician. In the meantime, I was advised by the BC patient connect registry to visit any local walk-in clinic to process refills of medications that I am an currently on (some for many years). Today I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Dr Ali. In my 55 yrs I have never met a more rude and obnoxious physician. He was argumentative about anything I was trying to share with him about my medical history, acted as though I knew absolutely nothing, and one of my prescriptions he outright refused to refill because he said it requires too much follow up!?!? He also advised that I should call my Ontario doctor and have him send prescriptions to a pharmacy in BC which is not possible given my Ontario health card is no longer active. It was AFTER all of this that he then says "lets take your blood pressure" and is surprised that its high!! SURE IT IS!!! you just pissed me off dingdong!! The last I checked, its our tax dollar$$ paying for these services and we deserve higher quality than this! What a waste of time!”Lire la suiteRéduire
