Spruce has a 24 hour cancellation policy. No-shows, cancellations, or changes to your appointment that are made with less than 24 hours will incur a fee up to the full price of your appointment. If you are sick or experiencing an emergency please let us know prior to your appointment so we can help get you rescheduled.
A credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged at the time of booking, and you will have the choice of payment method during your appointment. Your card will be charged for no shows, late fees, and for outstanding balances remaining after 48 hours.
