OMG, this woman is AMAZING! I’ve only had two sessions with Jen and everything I went to her for has drastically improved. Most incredibly, her treatments have helped my anxiety more than I could have imagined. I’ve been struggling with intense anxiety for quite some time, and after just two sessions, it feels so much more manageable. I am beyond grateful and will absolutely continue seeing her long-term. I was referred to Jennifer by a friend and am so grateful for it! Jen has a beautiful treatment space and is a very knowledgeable and caring practitioner. I enjoy the combo of cupping with reflexology and acupuncture. Jen is especially good with her many sized cups; she got into areas in my neck that have been cranky for a long time! Jen is very skilled and dedicated to doing as much as she can to help with whatever ails you. I have been looking for someone as effective as I had before moving here and am so grateful to have found her! Highly recommend!

Referred to Jen by my daughter who found her. I have bad circulation in my feet and was getting concerned. My feet are improving…. And other things are better too. Kidney function (doctor was happy with the numbers) nightly leg cramps (which are gone!), and other pains, due to fibromyalgia and arthritis. Jen is lovely and caring, and skilled in what she does. I recently visited Spruce Reflexology & Acupuncture for help with some chronic health issues. The treatment room is warm and inviting, with soothing music that evokes a sense of peace and calm. Jen Hlannon was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to understand my concerns and explaining how acupuncture could help. Both my husband and I have been going to Jen for the past few months and it has made such a difference for both of us! I sleep better, I have less pain and my energy is up. I am so appreciative of the work she does every session; she has lovely energy and is present and focused during our sessions and I feel safe and comfortable in her beautiful space.
