“I had such an amazing experience with Kerry today at SQ Wellness and Spa! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. “We had a couples Groupon for this spa and it was our first time. We got Swedish massages and I took the hot stone treatment and hubby took the cupping treatment. Everything was amazing and the masseuses were skilled and provided the treatments precisely where we needed it on our bodies. The masseuse who provided my treatment didnt speak any English and so communicating with her was not possible. The experience would have been a 5 star if there was no language barrier because it would have been nice for her to check in with me during the experience to check for pressure or pain like the other masseuse did for my husband. She was very professional, cheerful, informative and welcoming, from receiving us when we walked in, to seeing us out at the end of the experience. “This was my first time visiting here and I couldn't be more impressed. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve been struggling with neck and back pain for a while, and Sunny has been a lifesaver. She really listened to your concerns and tailored the session to what my body needs. What really stood out was the extra advice they share they took the time to explain where my tension was coming from and gave me simple, practical tips to use at home. “I’ve visited the spa a few times and always had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly hospitable and make you feel comfortable right away. I’ve had their hot stone massage and cupping done here, and it was absolutely amazing. Overall, every visit has been exceptional. I enjoy coming here for massages. “This is the best RMT place I have been to so far after years of trying all other places. Environment, service, are top pick. The treatment effectiveness is quick, my foot pain feels much lighter after just 1 visit. And the insurance claim is so much easier as the can do direct billing, which saves me a lot of trouble! “I rarely do one star reviews but I had to. We found this spa through Groupon and booked a couples Swedish massage with stones/cupping. Both of us specifically booked Swedish massage, yet we somehow received completely different massages, neither of which felt like proper Swedish technique. It honestly felt like the therapists didn’t know what they were doing. One didn't even know she has to use stones and one used one stone just gliding the back. The atmosphere was anything but relaxing. The space did not feel calm, clean, or spa-like at all. To make matters worse, one of the massage therapists farted loudly twice during the session, which completely ruined any chance of relaxation. The massage also ended 5 minutes early without explanation. We understand that tax must be paid on Groupon services, but they charged us tax based on the full, original price, not the discounted Groupon price, which is not correct. Overall, the massage quality was very poor, the environment was uncomfortable, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend at all”Lire la suiteRéduire
