Sheila and her team were incredibly supportive in arranging a prompt appointment for me. Harleen, the therapist, was exceptional—her care, guidance, and prescribed exercises played a key role in my quick recovery. Pragya and the other physiotherapy assistants are great as well. “I have problems with my lower back and right hip due to a lot of lifting in my workplace. Since 2 months ago I have been receiving Physiotherapy in Square One Clinic having an amazing progress with my pain.
