Stephen is very professional. He took time to understand my areas of tightness and also to connect. It was a massage that I definitely needed. I especially love the details - lotions and aroma that smells nice but not overwhelming, hot towels etc. Great studio space, very private, convenient parking. I had a great experience with Stephen. He’s one of the best massage therapists in the area and honestly the best I have ever been to. He took the time to understand my concerns and focused on the areas where I was experiencing the most tension with just the right amount of pressure. The entire session was incredibly relaxing and I felt significant improvement in my back and calves afterwards. He also gave me helpful advice and showed me exercises I can do at home to improve.
