“Spinal Flow is amazing. Prior to receiving spinal flow sessions I had trouble doing sit-ups for years, due to the fact that my tailbone used to point to the left from a past injury. After 3 spinal flow sessions with Carmen, she noticed my tailbone had aligned. After completing 100 sit-ups in one of my cross fit classes I noticed I didn’t have a problem with my tailbone. “Have had nothing but amazing experiences bringing my baby to Carmen. My baby struggles with pretty intense evening Colik, being fussy due to gas/lack of bowel movements and not sleeping unless held. After the first spinal flow treatment, this seriously all went away, even as soon as I got home she had multiple bowel movements I was amazed. I had family members who were shocked when visiting them for the weekend and my baby had no Colik and was all smiles. Since treatment she is sleeping more independently and in her crib for the first time in 3 months. I’m so excited to see how else spinal flow helps my little one, and I will definitely keep returning as this has truly helped both myself and baby so so much in such little time !
