“I booked last minute and got an appointment same day. I was having a rough day and Jean Paul was very understanding and very professional. The atmosphere was calming, and didn’t feel like a “clinic”. The only downside was my insurance company wasn’t accepted there. I really appreciate the community acupuncture model — the shared room feels supportive and peaceful, not crowded or awkward. You never feel like you’re in the way, and there’s no pressure to get up and leave before you’re ready. It’s also great that you have the option of a private room if you prefer.
