I cannot recommend Strelis enough. I tell everyone how incredible Patricia is at her job. She has helped me through many injuries and I always leave my appointments feeling incredible. This space is beautiful and welcoming, I can't wait to be back.

I recently had the chance to get a massage from Vishniya (Viv) at Strelis Rehab and Performance, located within Ultra Pilates, and had a wonderful experience. I felt incredible afterward! Viv took the time beforehand to discuss my problem areas, preferred pressure level, and other details. She was extremely thorough and clearly knows what she’s doing. For a while now, I’ve been having upper back and shoulder pain. Which led to bad posture, pain sleeping and discomfort. I was able to visit Strelis Clinic. Vishniya, was kind enough to offer her knowledge on muscle / shoulder pain. I’ve only done cupping and regular massage. She told me to try deep tissue and hot stones, which was amazing. We were able to work on my traps, trigger points and other muscles that I didn’t even know I had pain in. I feel much better now. Looking forward to coming again. As a mom, I can’t say enough good things about the athletic therapist, Patricia. My 13yo son plays football, wrestling, and baseball, and is dealing with osgood disease (knee pain) that is affecting his performances. Patricia took the time to really explain what was going on and showed him exercises that were easy to understand. She was patient, encouraging and great with him which made him feel comfortable and motivated to do the exercises at home. We noticed a big improvement in his strength and pain level. We are so grateful for the care and support Patricia has gave our family. I would highly recommend her to any parent with an active athlete. Strelis also offers massage therapy, which I had booked with Viv. I went in with severe lower back pain and shoulder pain. Viv used a combination of deep tissue massage and cupping, which made a huge difference in releasing tension. Her pressure was effective but still mindful to my comfort. I left feeling looser with less pain and better movement. I definitely will be back to see Viv. I found it super convenient that they took and process our insurance.
