“I had over done the skiing a bit and ended up stiff and sore and as a result was barely able to ski. Had a couple of appointments with Rick and he really got into the knots and tightness so that I could move much more freely without any discomfort to get back skiing the mountain again. “I'm a tall guy (6'5") who has enjoyed high impact sports for most of my life. As I get ever closer to 50, I've started developing persistent lower back and hip pain that has caused me to be unable to play hockey, mountain bike, and generally just enjoy life.
