WELCOME to online booking with Sunshine Valley Chiropractic and Health Centre. We are happy to be your one stop shop for all things health and wellness. Services we offer include MASSAGE THERAPY, CHIROPRACTIC CARE, PHYSIOTHERAPY and TRIGGER POINT INJECTIONS.

If you have not been to our clinic before, please book an Initial Intake This includes a thorough history and physical assessment along with patient specific treatment.
If you are a current patient who has been to our clinic within the past 6 months to a year , please select Subsequent Visit. If there has been any major accidents, surgeries or change in health please book an initial or extended visit.
We have 2 incredible Physiotherapists, Jenessa and KC. if you have seen them before please book a subsequent visit. If it is a new complaint please do book an Initial Assessment . Jenessa is back from maternity leave and happy to be providing her much needed care!.

“I met KC for the first time today. I had an hour initial session with her. She was amazing, thourgh, detailed and targeted the exact area of interest. I had point muscle stimulation, cuping and IMS on my shoulder, traps and triceps. 100% would recommend KC and Sunshine Valley Chiropractic & Health clinic....Also suggested post therapy stretches and exercises. “I just had my first physio appointment with KC and it was a great experience! The treatment was in a private room, I did not feel rushed at all, and she really listened to my pain complaints. Not only did she start treatment right away, but I felt like it was easier to walk when I left! The clinic definitely has the personal touch - the ladies at the front were happy and helpful, and I love that I was greeting by a big fluffy pup! I absolutely recommend using this clinic - although I was there for just physiotherapy they even have a full pharmacy on site, chiropractic services, and massage. “I was very pleased with my masseuse, angela. And the lidocaine injections worked well. BUT... They took it upon themselves to take a payment from me. Without my knowledge. I was very disgusted as they could have called me first. To let me know they were going to do so. They know my daughter's health struggles, and because we missed our appointment, they decided to take a payment without informing me. I found this highly unprofessional, and I will never be back. Response: I was very grateful for the compassion of WAITING for payment for a whole eight days at most. I had been there a few times myself with full benefits and coverage and paid every time until that day when we were in dire need for my daughter's health and unable to pay for her appointment until payday. But, my appointments were completely covered. The appointment that you did not charge us for was oh so kind of you, considering how sick you knew my daughter was And that she had no healthcare. Even though my appointments were all paid for and covered. And that I had to get her on a plane at five am in Kelowna that morning because she was so sick, and I forgot to call about that appointment. And if it makes you feel better to think that you did me this great justice of not charging me for the missed appointments. My goodness, how kind of you. Now if you tried to call me, why didn't you wait to hear from me before putting the payment through? it was discussed when you said you would wait for the payment that I would pay it when I came in on payday. As I've stated, I have had a few appointments with you. And they were all paid for and I had appointments booked in the future that would have been covered by benefits as well, So I don't understand why you would think it wouldn't have been paid. Now, because you took that money on that day. It took the last of my overdraft as it was NOT my payday yet and it made my car payment bounce which gave me more NSF charges. My bank also took away my overdraft. On top of that, I was left stuck in Peachland out of gas to get home from the airport. But nobody bothered to call and ask first or find out why we weren't at the appointment. They just took the money off of my card without permission. So... THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH!!! If you think you are so kind, and do such great favors for your regular customers, maybe just don't do it. it's sure not worth it in the end for the customer.”Lire la suiteRéduire
