Please note that appointments booked online can only be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting the clinic directly. A 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is required . For same day bookings, the Policy is in effect immediately. Failure to provide us with 24 hours’ notice could result in you having to pay a cancellation fee which is paid 100% to the therapists.

If you are requesting a specific RMT, please book by Practitioner & write “RMT Request” as the reason for your visit. Please know that not all RMT’s are available to be booked through this portal. If you don’t see a specific therapist, please contact the clinic directly.
