I’ve been going to Symmetrics Health for both physio and massage for a year and a half. The front faces of Symmetrics Health are always so friendly, accommodating and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever not been greeted with a smile. As a marathon runner training at a pretty high volume, I’ve worked with many practitioners over the years, but Rob at Symmetrics Health is a cut above. He truly understands the mechanics of distance running and the specific demands it puts on the body. Instead of just treating a symptom, he looks at the 'why' behind an injury or pain and helps build the strength and mobility needed to keep me continually running. That was one of the first things that impressed me about Rob was his “let’s get to the bottom of this mentally” opposed to “let’s fix this for today”. Whether I’m peaking for a race or in a recovery block, Rob’s expertise is a critical part of my training. If you’re a runner or athlete in PEI looking to stay healthy and hit your PRs, go see Rob. Scott is a fantastic massage therapist with years of experience and it shows in each and every visit. His sports massage and functional movement knowledge have been a game-changer for my marathon training. I also love how I can bounce my ideas and concerns off of him and get his honest feedback. Robert is very professional and was quickly able to treat my injury. He is extremely knowledgeable and was also great at explaining what he was doing and the next steps. He also started me on exercises to help at home.

This was my first experience at Symmetrics Health. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Robert was very professional and listened to my explanations about my symptoms. I was very impressed with the assessment that he completed and what he was able to tell me about anatomical issues that are causing my pain. Had a one hour massage with Julia and she is the best one ive found yet. Super good at finding those knots and super strong. Very kind and professional! Definitely going back!
