Mark has helped me with a frozen shoulder issue that a couple of other physiotherapists wouldn't touch. By working with him over the last 3 months, I have gained close to full mobility after coming to him with less than 50% mobility and pain that was keeping me awake at night. It wasn't always easy but we chatted and laughed through the painful parts. Don't let people tell you that nothing can be done for frozen shoulder because shockwave and Mark's physiotherapy regime have helped me immensely. I have been seeing Ms. Minal Shah for almost two years, and she is by far my favourite physiotherapist. Over the years, I have tried many different therapies with varying levels of success. Minal, however, has an intuitive understanding of exactly what needs adjustment and treatment. I’ve been seeing Dr. Grimes for years, and after my visit yesterday, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. He has an exceptional background working with Olympic and professional athletes as well as people from all walks of life. What I value most is that I don’t go to him for traditional chiropractic adjustments, but for leading-edge therapies like Active Release Techniques, Shockwave Therapy and 3rd Magneto Transduction Therapy. Many of the injuries I bring in would eventually heal on their own, but his experience and treatments consistently help speed up recovery and, just as importantly, Dr. Grimes gives me practical strategies to avoid re-injury. One stop business for anything related to PT, massage, Naturopathy, Chiropractic, etc. I've been going here for years now and their staff is fantastic and great at what they do. Dr. Jamie Grimes is the best chiro on the Island in my opinion. He's got a wealth of experience and is able to pinpoint any problematic areas and treat efficiently and effectively. I have been going to Nicole for years now, and she is incredible. She is professional, knowledgeable and her work is without a doubt the most effective form of pain control I have ever experienced. She has gotten me out of extreme neck, shoulder, back and leg pain when nothing else I tried worked. Dean Sipos is committed to making you feel and function better. Very knowledgeable about different techniques and readily does whatever he can to provide relief. Dr. Nick Barber, synergy clinic’ I had a very great experience at this chiropractic clinic. The chiropractor was very professional, kind, and really took the time to explain my condition. After the adjustment, I felt immediate relief and my body felt more relaxed. The staff were also very friendly and the clinic was clean and comfortable.
