CANCELLATION POLICY : First-time late cancellations will result in a charge of $75 and full-appointment price for subsequent late cancelations. Payment must be made on all outstanding invoices prior to booking or attending the next treatment session.

INSURANCE : We regret that we do not offer direct billing or deal with MVA claims. Payment must be made in full at the time of your appointment. You will receive a receipt to submit with your claim.
