“I went to Anderson for Registered Massage Therapy for several years before he transitioned into Osteopathy. I had never heard of this practice before, but after an RMT appointment he recommended Osteopathy to me as an additional manual treatment for some of my long-term concerns caused by major injuries. Anderson’s treatment was tailored to my concerns. It was a relaxing treatment for my nervous system and muscles. I was surprised that days and even weeks later, my long-term mobility concerns remained resolved after only one treatment. Anderson is unique in that his practices are not only rooted in education and best practices - they are combined with intuition and energy - it truly is a “Temple of Healing Therapy”! “I’ve tried many healing, modalities with many different therapists and different osteopaths along my healing journey and non compare to Anderson. He is extremely knowledgable and intuitive throughout treatments resulting in physical relief and emotional relief as well. Anderson is knowledgable and confident throughout the treatment. He is able to pinpoint target areas address them effectively while treating them at their root cause which is something very few others have been able to do for me. “I had a great experience at Temple of Healing. Angelica was amazing and really focused on the areas that needed attention. My shoulder and leg already feel much looser. The space is calm and relaxing, and the evening appointment time was super convenient after work. I also had a nice email exchange with Anderson, who was very responsive and helpful. “I just started going to Temple of Healing in Whitby and already had a great experience! Anderson has been helping me with my lower back and right knee pain, and I’ve noticed a difference even after the first few sessions. He’s very easy to talk to and explains everything clearly. Elizabeth also stepped in during one of my visits and added some of her Shiatsu therapy, which was really nice of her. They both genuinely care and have such a calm, Zen approach to healing. “My Massage therapy experience was incredible. Anderson is truly gifted in his craft — his hands have healing powers. I came in with stubborn muscle pain, and with minimal information, he was able to pinpoint and treat the issue with precision. “After just two visits with Anderson for his Manuel Osteopathy treatment my Mother has been feeling so much better! Suffering from a torn meniscus in her knee and prone to frozen shoulder, this treatment has been doing wonders for pain and tension. “Temple of Healing has been a wonderful place to restore both my mind and body. The friendly staff and calm atmosphere makes it easy to unwind from all of the daily stresses. Osteopathic and massage work done by Anderson has not only allowed me to feel relaxed after a treatment, but I can feel the long term benefits of it even weeks after treatments as it has slowly allowed me to improve my posture.
