I had been searching for a good therapist for an incredibly long time and Ashton is easily the most knowledgeable and talented. I leave feeling relief and with better posture. His treatments are highly effective and I recommend everyone to him.

I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first experience with Osteopathic Therapy,
And I am going to say I was very surprised of the results,
Ashton is very well trained in the services he offers,I love that he explains what he is doing as he works on the body.
To be very honest I was surprised how quick the results were almost instant.
I highly recommend if your body is not happy and you haven’t tried osteopathic.

I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical of osteopathy but after years of repeated visits to chiro, massage and physio and still suffering and never seeing lasting results I was open to anything. It only took 1 visit and my mind was changed. Not only did i experience relief from years of agonizing pain but my body started responding in ways I never thought possible. Not only that, after a few more visits I was seeing full recovery even in areas that I did not even realize. The knowledge these amazing individuals have is outstanding and they go above in beyond in the fact that they take the time to explain to all that is truly going on with your body and how everything correlates with one another. After just my first Osteopathy session with Ashton, I felt so much relief from the problems that had been plaguing me for nearly a year and a half!
Before that, I had diligently tried Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine for nearly a year and a half. My symptoms kept returning or improved only marginally. I was routinely kept awake for hours at night trying to alleviate my pain and discomfort.
During my first treatment with Ashton, I not only felt completely at ease because of his kind, professional manner, detailed explanations, and vast knowledge, but I also experienced immediate relief! He is so knowledgeable about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and a pelvic floor expert! He even works on babies and children!
I have just completed my third treatment and am incredibly encouraged by my recovery. This time brought my one year old child along for a treatment. Ashton was so calm with her, assessed her thoroughly and quickly found and treated her restrictions.

Family opperated, great group of individuals. Listens and hits targeted areas of one's needs, and advices exercises/stretches to help improve mobility. Rooms are also well fitted and have a calm and welcoming aura about them. Highly recommend for everyone's massage needs!
