Excellent physio therapist (Manu) & Doctors. One stop shop for joint and injury issues. One note before your first appointments make sure to confirm appointment or it's an automatic cancellation which can throw you off.

I was referred to the Ability Clinic for Physiotherapy in early in 2024. My initial contact to the clinic was with the amazing Receptionists at the front desk, they were very professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome. I met with Manu (Physiotherapist), and Arielle (Physical Therapy Assistant) also a part of my care team. Manu did a thorough initial assessment based on my presentation, symptoms, and diagnostic test results, and developed a treatment plan for me, he clearly explained his findings and approach to treatment. Manu is very experienced in his practice; as it is demonstrated after each of my sessions, i always feels better after my therapy sessions, and always a gentle reminder to follow the exercise prescribed for me. In addition to have a therapeutic outcome, it is important to develop a good rapport with your therapists. I am very fortunate to have both Manu and Arielle as my therapists. I am quite impressed how well they work together, they both have very calm, and caring personalities, very professional and respectful. Manu Kaul has been incredible throughout my post-surgery recovery. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about your progress, which makes a huge difference during rehab. What I appreciate most is how personalized his approach is—he really listens and adjusts each session based on how I’m feeling and progressing. He explains everything clearly and knows exactly when to push you and when to ease off. The clinic itself is also very clean and well equipped, which adds to the overall great experience. Got a DEXA scan here and I’ll definitely come back for my next one. The staff were super friendly and the whole experience was fast and well explained. Definitely recommend giving them a shot!

I was referred by my family doctor to see Dr. Rao and I had a great experience. They were fairly quick to reach out to me to set up an appointment, and the receptionists were friendly. Dr. Rao was also very friendly, and never made me feel rushed like I’ve felt at other places. He answered all my questions and even made nice conversation. I was referred to the Ability Clinic several months ago with shoulder tendinitis that had persisted for months. I have been treated by Manu Kaul, a PhysioTherapist and Arielle, a Kinesiologist who work as a team to treat me. In a word, they are awesome! They are very effective at providing the appropriate interventions for me such that I’ve made many improvements over the last period of time. Manu manages the physiotherapist interventions while Ariel takes a lead around my exercise regime. They both work in concert with each other, to monitor my progress, tweak my treatment and exercises and to listen to any questions or concerns that arise. On top of that, they are kind and thoughtful individuals. I can’t thank them enough! I have no hesitation in suggesting that others come to this clinic. I was referred by my family doctor to Dr Lilian Vigas for a pain in one of my legs whose cause couldn't be diagnosed. I feel that she was the appropriate doctor to be referred to as she was able to understand the cause and prescribe the appropriate medication. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, understandable, patient-oriented and a personable-doctor. She is clear in her explanations of the cause and diagnosis of the problem.
