“Simona and Dr. Fei were very accommodating and patient about my chronic fear of the dentist and did everything they could to make my experience as comfortable as possible. Also, Tonie gave me a thorough cleaning and some helpful tips for my home care. Her work was amazing. She is excellent at her job. “I was having really bad tooth pain and was heading on a trip to Mexico in a couple weeks. Grove Dentistry was able to diagnose the issue and complete a very successful root canal in time for me to go on my trip. I highly recommend Grove!”

“I hadn’t been to the dentist in years so I had a few back to back appointments on my first visit. This clinic was super attentive and proactive from my initial booking. Their receptionist (Crystal and Marcey) had everything prepared start to finish, and rebooking was not a pain compared to my previous clinic who would follow up via text but never confirmed my appointments. I was also contacted a week ahead to change one of my appointments up so I could conveniently come in once. Tonie was my hygienist and she was super gentle, informative, and had the water pick/sucker on deck before I even had to ask. For my examination Dr. Fei answered all my questions and concerns, and Katelyn and Simona were friendly and patient with our photo op! I also appreciated being shown my photos and x-rays with explanations, which I hadn’t experienced before. Will be seeing you all soon to fill in a cavity 🫣⭐️”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Absolutely love this place. Elizabeth is such a sweetheart to schedule appointments with and very responsive with receipts for tax purposes ect. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ma and Marcey, some of the best ladies to have structured alongside my Invisalign !! LOVE how my teeth turned out they really took the time to make sure any little tweak was taken care of. I feel 10 times more confident smiling, it was definitely worth it. My hygienist Tonie, is also very kind and considerate. Any sensitivity she is sure to take extra time around and big on the tips for at home care. “We were referred by our neighbour to this brand-new, modern office which is welcoming and very kid-friendly! It was our toddler’s first dental visit, and Dr. Victor Chan and his team (Simona and Tonie) were very patient and gentle. They never pushed when our child was hesitant with the check up and focused on making it a positive experience. We also got great tips for toddler dental care at home. Us adults had cleanings too, and they offered numbing gel—something we’ve never been offered before elsewhere. It made the whole process much more comfortable and is a great option for kids as well. Props to the front desk as well — she caught an issue with my insurance weeks ahead of time and informed me to get it fixed in time for the appointment. The pricing was also fair and transparent.
