“Aundrea is a wonderful massage therapist at The Healing Method. She truly understands how to work through deep tension and stress-related tightness in the muscles. Every session is incredibly effective, she always finds the exact areas that need attention and release the built-up tension. As well, her area of work is clean, calming and lovely space to unwind. I walk in feeling heavy, tight, and stressed, and leave feeling completely different; lighter, relaxed, and like a weight has been lifted off my body.
