Hair Restoration Consultation (Private)

Private Consultation for hair loss/restoration involving discussion and assessment for Low-level laser therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Hair Transplant, or other non-insured services. (Fee $135 +gst). This will be charged to your card on file after the consultation, unless you prefer to pay with an alternative method in clinic. NOTE: Intake form will be emailed and must be complete before appointment. Please ensure you complete this prior to your appointment.
