Dr Wilder is a fantastic Chiropractor. I initially came for orthotics thinking it will ease my back pain. She did a thorough assessment to diagnose me properly, and her appts never feel rushed. I can definitely feel better after adjustments. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Laura Chang at Motion Lab in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a beautiful, calming atmosphere. Dr. Laura Chang is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my treatment. I really appreciated her approach, and I left feeling well cared for after my visit. The clinic also offers 2 hours of free parking. Just remember to register your license plate through the parking app. It's also very convenient to get to by bus or SkyTrain. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend The Motion Lab and Dr. Laura Chang to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care in Richmond. This was my first time seeing an osteopath, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I was a little nervous walking in, but Dr. Daniel Wang is so kind and knowledgeable that he put me at ease right away. The treatment was so relieving — I couldn't believe how much better I felt after just one session! From the moment we started talking, I could tell he really cared. He didn't just ask "where does it hurt?" and move on. He had me show him how I stand, how I breath, how I reach for things, even how I sleep at night. He noticed little habits I've had for years that I never thought twice about. He patiently taught me how to breath using belly. That level of detail really stuck with me. His diagnosis was incredibly accurate. He explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, without a bunch of confusing medical terms. I finally understood why I'd been feeling that tightness for so long. What blew me away was how fast his hands-on work helped. I walked in feeling stiff and uncomfortable. By the time I got off the table, I could already feel a real difference. And the pain relief didn't fade an hour later — it stayed with me. I've been moving so much better ever since that first session. Dr. Wang is clearly very experienced. His touch is precise and confident, but also calm and gentle when it needs to be. He knew exactly where to work and how much pressure to use. And he kept checking in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. Dr Kazuma Go is amazing. He goes above and beyond and takes his time. Sessions feel relaxed and non rushed. He's not afraid to show you how to do strength and mobility exercises to help with overall health. He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I feel great after every visit. 10/10. Had an intial chiropractor assessment with Dr. Andy. Great experience. Been to few different chiro and was looking for an easy booking location. He is super friendly and knows what he is doing with his adjustment. He took the time to do the assessement and After the adjustment, i felt a total relieve from the thigh muscle surrounding the pain. Even though my back felt quite sore after the adjustment at night when i got home which is a normal response to majority of the chiro session.
