I have always been pro-active about my health. When Jill Hubbard of The Physio Hub mentioned they do a senior assessment of our strengths and weaknesses, I readily took their assessment. Jill Hubbard, a talented phsiotherapist, is superb in engaging you, asking the right questions and putting you through the drills. I went into the Physio Hub because I hurt myself playing soccer. Working will Jill was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with. She used blood flow restriction that made such a difference in my recovery. Can’t recommend enough.

I can’t recommend Jill enough! I went to see her for an arm issue that had been bothering me for quite a while, and she was fantastic from day one. Jill took the time to figure out what was causing the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave me exercises that were actually easy to follow and effective. Over the course of treatment, my arm improved so much, and I’m now back to doing things that used to be painful without any issues. I went to see Jill for pain in my arm and had a great experience. Jill has a very positive, hands-on approach and quickly figured out what was going on and how to treat it. I was given a few simple exercises to do at home and started noticing improvement pretty quickly. On my second visit, Jill also identified some underlying neck issues and explained why it was happening and how to prevent it, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with Corinne at Physio Hub. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during my assessment. She took the time to explain my posture issues clearly and gave me helpful exercises that I can do at home. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and I really appreciated how thorough and supportive she was.
