I once knew a mechanic who would charge my sister over $100 to simply scrape the mud out of her tires which was causing a rattle, instead of explaining to her that it was the source, he would just keep charging her. What a hack. I feel like the current state of physical therapy is like that. Insurance gives these sorts of places a license to print money by getting people with chronic issues to keep coming back for pointless follow ups. And lip service about how complicated the human body is. If you're like me and have had chronic lower back issues which flare up from time to time, I will save you the time and money for a visit. This is the final recommendation I was provided with before I decided that I wasn't getting my money's worth here. Complete the following 3-4 times a week. Single leg bridge 3 sets of 10 (each side) Dead Bug Jefferson Curl Hip Hinge If the time spent here was genuine physical therapy or if there was a method to actually diagnose my issue as opposed to simply speculating on what it could be, I would have been happy. Came with back pain, left with back pain and an explanation that it's simply going to be a forever issue. I will amend this review to 5 stars if the exercises above done at the exact regime over the next month resolves my pain.Lire la suiteRéduire

Incredible clinic! Dr. Bourassa has been our family go to for years and recently my daughter finally got to meet him in unfortunate circumstances. Dr. Bourassa was patient, empathetic and knowledgeable with an incredible return to play game plan. My daughter was back on the court at full game speed 27 days post grade 2 ankle sprain after twice a week rehab and exercise homework. We couldn’t be happier!Lire la suiteRéduire

I highly recommend Ridge for a few reasons. My experience with healing injuries has always been successful,and often with just a few visits. Dr Bourassa just finds the root of the injury so well. I've had excellent results with the chiropractic, ART and graston techniques. I was having significant pain in my heels and wasn’t sure what was the best course of treatment. Dr. Bourassa assured me he could help. Not only did he help me understand the cause but was able to relieve the pain and gave me a range of strategies to try at home. I am very grateful for his knowledge and skill. I’ve been seeing Dr Aman for chiropractic and Amanda for massage therapy, for a few years now… always been happy with their services, they’ve helped me rehab from multiple acute and long term sports related injuries. They are both awesome human beings, that I enjoy visiting with, during our appointments. I like the online booking service.
