Our clinic policy does require all patients to keep a credit card on file prior to reserve your appointment. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Missed or cancelled appointments without 48 hours notice, or without a valid reason for late cancellation, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
