Women’s Movement Circle - Summer Solstice

This 2-hour candlelight class is for women who are being called to explore their vital life force energy through a yang and yin movement and breath practice. This is a strong, bold, heart opening practice that ends with a restful and restorative practice. This class is for you if you are seeking out a balanced practice that moves stagnant and stuck energy while also inviting you to rest and soothe frazzled nerves, moving energy in a subtler way. With alchemy in mind, the class will be themed around the Spring Equinox, growth, expansion, forward momentum, the fire element and the liver, honoring Chinese Medicine and the 5 Elements Theory. At the end of the class, there will be an opportunity to share in a present moment context what is arising in our bodies, minds and hearts. All of my classes explore yoga, functional mobility, Qigong and unique but simple ways of resetting the nervous system with self-touch and embodied awareness.
