We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

- Late Cancellations: We reserve the right to charge a fee of 25% of the booked service.

- No-Shows: A fee of 75% of the booked service will be charged.

These fees cannot be billed to insurance and are the patient’s responsibility.

I had an exceptional visit with Dr. Brittany Sampson! She is so knowledgable and passionate in her field. She truly cares about patient care. This was such a different experience than the ~5 minutes I can get with a family doctor to cover a lot of topics, and while also a necessary piece of care, was not fulfilling the educational and collaborative approach that I was seeking for my health. Dr. Brittany is a wealth of information! She took the time to get to know me and my needs so as to offer the best personal treatment/plan. Her warm and friendly disposition makes it very easy to build a quick rapport with her. She offers direct billing for Blue Cross which is an added bonus!
