“Tina has been very helpful in treating my various muscle and movement issues over the years I've been visiting the clinic for her acupuncture sessions. From my (now largely resolved) issue with my left rotator cuffs, to my neck issues; Tina's been excellent in treating those issues. “I had a very positive experience with Tina(acupuncturist). They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns before starting the treatment. The clinic was clean, calm, and had a very relaxing atmosphere, which made the whole experience comfortable. Tina explained the process clearly and made sure I felt at ease during the session. The treatment itself was gentle and surprisingly relaxing. After a few sessions, I noticed improvement in my pain and overall well-being. “I have been to this clinic a couple of times. The first time was for a relaxing massage. And the second time was due to an injury. I have to admit that the professional level of the masseuse is way beyond the student standard. My back pain and the stomach discomfort conditions improved dramatically after the second massage by Upkar. “⚠️ Warning: Extremely Unprofessional Experience – Think Twice Before Booking I’m writing this as a serious heads-up for anyone considering booking at Therapy Now Wellness Clinic (Surrey), specifically with Brandon. I had two very poor experiences, months apart, which shows a clear pattern—not a one-off bad day. First incident (December 2025): After being asked to get on the treatment bed, I was left alone for nearly 20 minutes. The room had no heat, and I was freezing. After repeatedly knocking and calling his name, Brandon finally came in and very casually said, “Oh sorry, I was helping one of the interns.” There was no proper apology or acknowledgment of how inappropriate this was. This is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Second incident (this past Saturday): For about 30–35 minutes, instead of treating me, Brandon kept talking about other patients’ hypothetical cases, despite me prompting him to watch the time. He kept justifying it by saying, “The assessment is important in ICBC cases,” even though I had clearly explained the source of my pain and struggles within the first five minutes. When he finally began treatment, in the last 10 minutes time, he started pressing directly on areas that were already in pain (leg and back), rather than massage which significantly aggravated my condition. As a result, I spent my entire Sunday stuck in bed due to increased pain. This is not careful, patient-centered care. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, inattentive, and unprofessional. If he was not comfortable providing massage therapy and was trying physiotherapy-tricks to time pass, he should have been upfront and cancelled the appointment, rather than wasting time and worsening my condition. Advice to others: If you still plan to book here, ask very clearly in advance: How long will the assessment actually take? Are you comfortable and prepared to provide massage therapy, not just chit-chat?”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have been going to Therapy Now for the last couple of months and I must say I am so impressed with Amanda and her team. It's such a "win, win" situation where Amanda has students from a college who do massages at a fraction of the price that you would pay for a Registered Massage therapist. These are students so they are not registered but they are awesome!!! I do not have coverage for a RMT so this works for me!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you Amanda, for your students who work under your leadership .
