“The massage itself is good, BUT they include the time you undress and dress up in the time of massage. Which I NEVER experienced anywhere, in amy country. Very cheap and unprofessional. Even though I can undress in 1 minute, I do not need 10-15 minutes. So, you are paying for 1 hour of massage, but get 45 minutes. And talking really a lot. “Love the staff and service at Therapy Plus. I've been a repeat customer for more than 5 years and go here for massage therapy, physio and chiro. Natalia and Demetre (Massage) are always able relieve any pressure, tightness or pain I have in my muscles. They're very knowledgeable and even teach me stretches I can do on my own. Same goes for their physiotherapist, Neil, and chiropractor, Reuben. Easy to talk to and listens to what issues are going on so that they can help relieve my pain. They also have given me exercises showing what can help me at home. The receptionist, Allie, is always bright, welcoming and charismatic. She definitely lights up the waiting room! Love this place! “The BEST massage therapy in town! I've been coming here for over 5 years, and my therapist (Dimitry) goes above and beyond. He truly cares about your well-being. He focuses on the area that needs attention. He listens to your concern and always tries his best to ease the tension and relax your muscles. He basically puts me back to one piece! He also gives you tips on how to stretch on the problematic area. These tips have helped me between my appointments. Besides Dimitry, other massage therapists are fantastic as well. “I've been to spa's, other massage therapy facilities. None match the caliber of Therapy Plus. I've had the best RMT massages, acupuncture and physio. I even had my orthopedic shoes from this team. Natalia and Dimitri are a God send to our family. When I have a massage, I sleep like a log and my circulation is improved. Bye, bye pain! Thank you so much for your help and healing. Ps. “I had an awful massage with Alex on my first visit to Therapy Plus, I absolutely do not recommend booking with him. Since then I set up an appointment for chiropractic and physiotherapy. I also received an apology for my experience and very open and honest follow up afterwards. The chiropractic appointment was great, I definitely felt better afterwards, and I'm looking forward to my appointment with physio. I am going to consider another massage appointment with Dimitry, he formally apologized and offered to book with him for the future. Overall, hit or miss, depends who you get.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“They never have a therapist available. Made an appointment with me, cancelled last day with promise of reschedule but they never called back. I never got to actually use their service due to above reason.”

“I have chronic and acute neck and shoulder pain, and I seek treatment at Therapy plus, they provide physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic treatment, and they also have chiropodist, all in one place. Its totally relaxed atmosphere, understanding and caring staff, a very professional and comfortable surrounding. Convenient location and free parking.
