“I was extremely pleased with my massage today. I suffer from a great deal of chronic pain due to various injuries and hypermobile Ehler’s Danlos. Phil was knowledgeable about the condition- which isn’t always common- and helped relieve my back and neck pain. Unlike some therapists who go straight into treatment without asking questions, Phil was clearly interested in making sure he understood my physical struggles before starting the massage, and suggested exercises I could do to help my strength and alignment. “I can genuinely say that this was one of the best massages (if not the best) I have ever had! Everything was top notch. Philip was an excellent communicator regarding target regions and pressure requests. The facility was clean and peaceful.
