To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in your appointment time being shortened, as our therapists are often scheduled with back-to-back sessions.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Please note that if you do not show up and fail to provide sufficient notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
