Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee by PHONE or TEXT MESSAGE. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of service. Cancellation fees must be paid before or during the next scheduled appointment. A credit card may be required for any future appointments to ensure adequate notice of cancellation for future appointments at Tranquil Health.
