I recently completed a 10 week GLA:D programme led by Dr.Jared Barrieau and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I have just completed the Glad programme and I was very leased with the experience. Dr.Barrieau was always ready to help with an exercise or to adjust one if you were having trouble. His method of rotating who you were paired with each week fostered a real feeling of camaraderie in the group. Knowledgeable students also were ready with advice and assistance. I recently participated in the GLAD program for hip and knee arthritis with Dr Jared Barrieau at Trent Health in Motion.
