24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged 50%-100% of the appointment fee, depending on the practitioner.
A pattern of repeated cancellations - for example, three or more cancellations within a six-month period, including cancellations made near the 24-hour window or repeatedly cancelling booked appointments - may result in:
