Even with direct billing PLEASE BE READY TO PAY IN FULL OUT OF POCKET if there is an issue with your insurer’s online service interruptions or your specific policy’s billing eligibility. Only you can see your policy’s terms (except ICBC) and how much you are eligible for. Some plans may require a physician’s prescription.

Consider reserving follow up appointments ahead, this allows you to pick times that work for your busy life still allowing us the frequency of meeting to ensure you are progressing toward your goals and not falling off track. If you schedule more than necessary we can alter this to match the Treatment Plan you and your clinician decide on.

*Parking information - our parkade is located at the rear of the building, is accessible through the lot on the right side. It comprises three levels of parking, with designated spots on the top level (numbered 112, 113, 114) and underground (numbered 45-52). Please be advised that our parkade closes promptly at 6:30 PM daily. To ensure the security and efficiency of our parking facilities, it is imperative that all vehicles are relocated or parked on the ground level outside before this time.
