“I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff's ever since he opened his practice in Ottawa. For well over 20 years, he has been taking excellent care of my over all health needs and keeping my body in alignment. On more than one occasion I have injured myself working on very physical projects and Dr. Jeff has always managed to help me heal my body and get me back up and running. His medical knowledge of the importance of keeping a healthy spine and body are extraordinary as well his most sincere caring and bedside manner for all his patients. When you visit the clinic his office Manager "Kathleen" will always greet you with a smile and the utmost professional courtesy and help manage all your appointments. For my personal general well being I visit Trinity Chiropractic at least once per month to help maintain my health and lifestyle. So If you ever injure yourself, or are dealing with back pain or body stiffness etc. or just wish to improve your over all health, I highly recommend that you go see Dr. Jeff and let him help heal you. “I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jeff Lowthian for quite a while. After 30 years of sitting at a desk, in front of a computer had caused some major issues with my lower back. Dr. Jeff’s care has relieved the pain and stiffness that resulted from poor posture and lack of proper movement over the years. “I have found Dr Jeff to be very attentive and accommodating, working to make sure we are taken care of. I like the business hours, as it works well with my schedule. I have come in several times on short notice and had no problems getting an appointment. “I started seeing Dr. Jeff recently for intense lower back pain. He has been absolutely amazing. He explained what exactly was causing the pain and has been able to help me continue to fix the issue so that my back is properly working again to relieve the pain and correct the way the joints are working. “I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff’s going on 4 years now and cannot say enough good things about him or his practice as a whole. I am truly amazed by the quality of care that I receive at Trinity at each and every visit. Both Dr. Jeff and Karen in the front office are extremely competent and helpful. They are always smiling and personable and seemingly know everyone by name, too, which is a huge gift when dealing with so many in pain and discomfort. They always go out of their way to lend advice, support and guidance, and work very hard to ensure that all their patients are well cared for and attended to. The treatment that they customized for me has kept me in good health and pain-free since my initial visit with them when I had severe issues with my lower back. Dr. Jeff has worked ever so hard to retrain my body to work the way it was designed to and until now I am in tip-top shape despite many years of high impact sports. “Jeff is quick but thorough! He takes the time to get to know his patients and really connect with them, without making you wait in the waiting room! I have never had to wait for my appointment, he is always on time, and very pleasant to work with. This was my first time ever going to a chiropractic clinic and I must say I am impressed. I went in with a lower back pain, but not only is my pain going away, he dealt with a sciatic nerve issue that had been going on for a year! I had been to physiotherapy so many times for that issue! As a runner I thought I was doomed to live with the pain and I thought a chiro was for backs only.. was I ever wrong! Jeff is great with many soft tissue injuries.
