I highly recommend Alexander Gribkov! I went in for a deep tissue massage, and he did an amazing job. He really knows what he’s doing and hit all the right spots. I feel so much better and will definitely be back.

I have been here couple of times including my kids, however the front desk staff are always incompetent. Today June 1st, 2026, the front admin staff working at 5:40pm EST is even worst and incompetent. She doesn't know how to reschedule a simple boking. Even worse, she drops the call and will not take a continous call back. I found such behavior very unprofessional, bad, and terrible to say the least. Generally, I do not have an issue with the RMTs or therapist. Th management needs to review the kind of front desk staff they hire. ThanksLire la suiteRéduire

Oh my God, this is crazy I will never come to this massage therapy. Just kidding they are the best 🤗❤️ Because if you come once you will fall in love with the service given to you. TL;DR - management of this place does not care for their customers enough! Took a day off work finally to get a massage, and they cancel my appointment a the masseuse's flight got cancelled without finding any replacement for me. Last year the same masseuse went on injury leave and I requested this location to call me as soon as he was back from vacation. They never called back and I found out after months that he was already back at work. To be clear this is a poor management and customer care issue, not the masseuse's fault at all. Alex was great. He really focused on the areas I needed and delivered the deep pressure I prefer. Super calm, professional, and attentive throughout the treatment. I had a terrible experience at. The service was unprofessional, the staff were unfriendly, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. The whole session felt rushed and careless, with no real attention to my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality massage therapy.
