Pantea has been treating my shoulder with dry needling since February 2026, and it has been the most effective treatment I've tried. Over the years, I've tried everything—from chiropractic care and acupuncture to shockwave therapy—but nothing provided lasting relief. In October 2025, I underwent a barbotage procedure on my right shoulder, which had been causing me pain for many years. About five months later, my sports medicine doctor recommended dry needling, and that combination has made an incredible difference. Thanks to both the barbotage procedure and Pantea's dry needling treatments, my shoulder is finally feeling normal again. I have seen Karen at Triump physiotherapy on multiple occasions from work related injuries on my elbows wrist , neck and general wear and tear on strains and strains.
