We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made inside the 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. All missed appointments/no show/no call appointments will be charged the FULL treatment fee. Cancelling/Rescheduling within 3 hours of your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and may be subject to the full treatment cost
