If this is your first visit to our clinic, you will be prompted to fill out forms online through our system. If you’d prefer to fill them out in person, that’s fine too! Just please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
Please note that we require 24 hours for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this policy.

CHIROPRACTIC : • Dr. Elyse Soleas and Dr. Elise Brouwer (Dr. B) is currently accepting new patients. NEW PATIENTS : ACUPUNCTURE : Drs. B, Elyse, and Stephanie are trained in acupuncture and dry needling. These are a modality they use in conjunction with chiropractic treatment and is therefore billed as chiropractic. • Neurofunctional/Anatomical acupuncture is a modern adaptation of traditional acupuncture with needles inserted into specific anatomical points such as muscles, nerves, or connective tissue. The needles remain in place for approximately 15 minutes. • Dry needling is a technique where needles are inserted in and out of the muscles to release trigger points.
