“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I started with Jay in Spring 2025 for what I quickly learned was an escalating nerve issue in my upper neck. It was actually my second run-in with this — I had experienced a more severe version a few years earlier. Fitness and movement are a big part of my life, both personally and professionally, and this issue was creating real limitations in day-to-day life and in the gym. The main goal was to ensure the pain and restrictions from my first bout of nerve damage about five years ago didn't happen. Nerve damage as others know can be a nightmare. Over the weeks I met with Jay weekly, and followed his recommendations outside of the appointments. Progress wasn’t overnight (as expected), but the steady improvements, mitigating the ups and downs, created both momentum and optimism. By the end of Summer, I was thankfully back to full function, and gained a much deeper understanding of preventative care. Pain is a great teacher so I'm grateful for Jay's expertise and his ability to connect the dots for me. His level of care, multi-faceted approach, and knowledge are five-star. Also, I’m not the most comfortable with adjustments — but his ability to navigate that was an added bonus. With the steady teamwork, my mobility is better now at 45 (especially in the neck and t-spine) then it was in my 20s when playing college and pro hockey. Which I know is a big key going forward.
