“The receptionist asked me to pay about $ 1,500 upfront. I offered to pay for every session before treatment. She didn’t accept it. I asked to talk to the manager, and the receptionist handed over my Jacket to leave, unbelievable!! I wrote this review for the possible improvement of your service which engages vulnerable individuals, and I am hoping to see changes that may happen. “I went for my first Consultation with Stephanie and she was extremely professional, caring and listened to all my questions and concerns. She explained everything and I was extremely impressed. I have booked all my appointments for the future. Also very impressed with Yegi who booked my appointments and advised about payment options. I would recommend this Uro Spot. I have now completed my 6 sessions and must say Michelle and Habib were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in making my experience meaningful. “It was a nice place. Great staff super friendly, good sense of humor. If the Kegel chair does what they claim it does that's terrific. Have to read more reviews and there are no guarantees. It's a gamble. Urospot doesn't stand behind they're own equipment. They make promises they can't keep. Hard to to believe what they say is true. I have to learn more from others experiences. I'm all in , if I don't pay if, it doesn't work. Garunteed satisfaction is key. It's not for everyone. I would feel cheated and ripped off if I paid for an empty promise. Perhaps they will come up with plan B for patrons that are not achieving the desired results. Plus they should have a continuous maintenance program if it becomes ineffective over time. I remain hopeful but cautiously optimistic . I think this would be great if Urospot had the same confidence in the procedure as they expect from the potential customers.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“it is a complete waste of a lot of money. It didn't work like it said because it's only short term, you need to do maintenance which costs even more. I spent the initial amount of $2300 and that was hard to swallow. Then you have to be able to afford to pay $300 for maintenance, which you will have to repeat every 4 -6 months.I only had short term relief of symptoms and now it has reverted back to where I started. It is a complete waste, stay away, and spend your money on something that works.”Lire la suiteRéduire
