Colon Hydrotherapy Session- approx (ANGEL OF WATER OPEN SYSTEM)

Please complete the intake form once emailed to you. It will provide a lot of information that is required to be best prepared for the appointment. You will then receive a call prior to the appointment to answer any questions you have and be sure that there are no contraindications. Please be advised that there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. A CREDIT CARD MUST BE PLACED ON FILE TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT SHOW FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT A FEE OF $50 WILL BE CHARGED AND A RECEIPT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. IN THE EVENT IT IS A SECOND APPOINTMENT CANCELLED IT WILL BE THE FULL COST OF THE APPOINTMENT CHARGED. Thank you and we will see you soon! Have a great day.
