Wednesday, JUNE 12th, 2024 -CHAKRA Balancing Meditation with Sound

Join Tracy as we work through each of our chakras during this guided meditation journey. We will support and bring balance to the whole body, mind & soul, creating a sense of connection and harmony within ourselves. When our chakras are imbalanced, we feel stress, anxiety, illness and unsettled. When they are balanced, we feel positive, energized, empowered and healthy. The session will begin by preparing our body and mind to receive the healing benefits of Sound. Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Drums & Chimes will be played as you feel a sense of peace and deep relaxation. In this session, you will rest in the comfort of a luxury recliner chair. Please bring a blanket, eye pillow/covering and any other comfort items. As space is limited, a credit card must be placed on file at the time of registration. Please call the office to submit your credit card information if it has not been provided already to secure your seat. Any cancellations within 24 hours prior to the event, will be charged the full amount of the event.
