Join Tracy for a deeply calming experience as you move through guided meditation into the healing effects of Sound in the comfort of luxury recliner chairs. This session offers the opportunity to disconnect from the stress of everyday life and move into a quiet place of peace. In a softly lit room, the glow of candles will create an atmosphere of relaxation. As you lie comfortably, the sound of soothing instruments such as crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, drum, chimes and more will help you focus on your breathing, quiet your mind and bring you to a deep state of relaxation that can improve sleep quality and overall well being. Each sound is selected to promote balance and tranquility. Allow yourself to unwind and be embraced by the warm glow of candlelight and the cleansing and grounding sounds of the instruments. Leave feeling physically and emotionally lighter and plan on having a good nights sleep. What to bring: A blanket, an eye pillow/covering and any other comfort items you require to relax.
